When you join the waitlist
Your email address (required), and optionally your name, organisation and role. That's everything the form asks for — nothing is collected silently in the background.
This page covers doogiehealth.com and its waitlist form. It is a plain-language explanation, not a formal legal Privacy Policy — we don't have one published yet, and say so rather than pretend otherwise. For how the Doogie product handles patient health data during a consultation, see Safety & Trust.
What we collect
Your email address (required), and optionally your name, organisation and role. That's everything the form asks for — nothing is collected silently in the background.
Like most websites, your browser sends standard technical information (such as your IP address) to whichever infrastructure serves this page. We don't run separate tracking or advertising scripts on this site.
This marketing site does not collect health information. Patient health data is only ever collected inside the Doogie product itself, under the consent model described on Safety & Trust.
Why, and who sees it
Waitlist details are used to notify you about Doogie's availability and, where you've told us your role, to understand who's interested (clinicians, practices, patients, investors) so we can prioritise the right pilots. They are seen by the Doogie team, not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your options
Email hello@doogie.health to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed from the waitlist. We'll act on it directly — there's no automated self-service yet because the waitlist is a small, early-stage list, not a full account system.
