You own your profile
Your health profile belongs to you, not to a practice or a funder. Consent is granted per practice, in plain language, and can be withdrawn. Every access is logged and visible to you.
Answer a few guided questions before your appointment, in your own words, on the phone you already have. So your clinician can start with more context.
You choose who sees it. Your clinician reviews everything and remains responsible for every decision.

Tell your story
Doogie talks with you in plain language and adapts each question to your last answer, so it never feels like a fixed questionnaire. It covers your current concern, medicines, lifestyle and the family-health history that usually never reaches a record.
Feels like: a calm conversation. On a basic smartphone, on a slow connection, in your own language.
What you keep control of
Your health profile belongs to you, not to a practice or a funder. Consent is granted per practice, in plain language, and can be withdrawn. Every access is logged and visible to you.
You explain your health best in your own words. Doogie converses in your language and hands the practice a brief in the language your clinician works in.
Doogie is built toward the channel you already use every day. Today the guided conversation runs as a simple web chat on any phone; WhatsApp delivery is in progress.
Your clinician decides
Doogie does not diagnose, prescribe, or close your consultation on its own. Everything you share becomes a draft brief that a qualified clinician reviews, edits or discards before your appointment. The full detail is on Safety & Trust.
If you need help right now
If you may need urgent help, contact your local emergency number directly rather than waiting on a reply here. When Doogie recognises an urgent report during a conversation, it stops the questions, shows local emergency and urgent-care options, and alerts the practice — but Doogie itself does not replace emergency services.
